A new report finds California's air is getting cleaner. The American Lung Association's "State of the Air 2013" report found the Golden State's overall air pollution problem has significantly improved in terms of efforts to reduce ozone and particulate pollution. The ALA says the air quality in many portions of California is the cleanest its been since the group began releasing its annual report 14 years ago. However, ALA officials say nearly 90 percent of Californians still live in high air pollution areas, including Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Sacramento and the San Joaquin Valley.
