Forecasters have extended a Red Flag Fire Warning for portions of the Bay Area. The National Weather Service says the warning will be in effect until noon today for the east bay, south bay and north bay hills above one-thousand feet. The warning means that conditions are ripe for wildfires to break out. The conditions include strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures.
