You're more likely to find a new job in the coming months if a new survey has it right.

The survey by the National Association for Business Economics finds companies are increasingly confident the economy will grow at a modest pace over the next year, and that's leading to more hiring because business has been improved.

"Over one-third of survey respondents indicate that sales rose at their firm in the April to June period, which was more than double the percentage reporting a decline, Tim Gill with the National Association for Business Economics said.

Gill says close to 40 percent look for jobs to be added over the next six months.
