All he wanted to do was buy a lottery ticket. Auburn Police say they arrested 30-year-old Jeremy Stigge early Wednesday morning after he challenged a 7-11 clerk to a fight because he couldn't buy a lottery ticket after 2 a.m.

Police responded to the 7-11 after the clerk triggered the alarm.

Police say Stigge was intoxicated. At the jail he was also found to have two Hydrocodone pills on him without a prescription.

That's a felony. He was also charged with bring them inside a jail. He's currently being held on 35,000 dollar bail.
