MIT Students Treat Internet Addiction

MIT students Robert Morris and Dan McDuff have developed a device they call the "Pavlov Poke."  Its purpose is to help them reduce the amount of time they spend on the Internet.

Perhaps it could help you if you have an Internet addiction.  Although, the "Pavlov Poke" is meant to be a "joke."  The pair have announced no plans to market their device.
