The 19-year-old Laspisa was driving home from college to visit family in Laguna Niguel when he called his mother on August 30th and said he was pulling over around Castaic Lake to get some sleep.

Later that day, his SUV was found rolled over with his wallet inside, but there was no sign of Laspisa.
