The state's political watchdog has settled a case against a shadowy Arizona group that made a huge donation against Prop 30. The Fair Political Practices Commission is expected to make the announcement sometime today. The case stems from a last-minute, eleven million dollar contribution to groups that opposed Governor Brown's tax increase. It was made by a previously unknown nonprofit that was funded by two other groups. It's said both were connected to the conservative, billionaire Koch brothers.
