NYPD cops were taking a man into custody when another bystander launched an attack on one of the officers, managing to put the officer in a headlock and then began to beat him. The assaulter releases the cop and takes off. Bystanders stood by, filmed and screamed obscenities at the cops and while cheering for the beating of the police officer (warning: language).
